Bookings
All bookings made through the Cotswold Cabin Fever website are subject to availability and approval by us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. The rates applicable to the booking will be clearly stated on the website at the time of your booking. They do not include any meals or catering.
Payments
A deposit payment of 25% is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment as specified on the website. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the arrival date. After this time there are no refunds.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times will be as specified on your booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to adhere to any house rules presented upon arrival or available on our website. Any damages caused by the guest to the Cotswold Cabin Fever property may result in charges to the guest.
